Starting at a young age in her father's contracting business, she continued her thirst for learning by earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from The Ohio State University. With expertise across all sectors of construction as a safety-conscious Estimator, Project Manager and Scheduler, she holds certifications including Oracle P6 EPPM, LEED, and Six Sigma Black Belt with additional user training on Primavera Contract Manager, Unifier, Bluebeam, PMWeb, Timberline estimating and HeavyBid. Holly excels in bridging the communication gap between owners, contractors, vendors and subcontractors. Her deep understanding of industry requirements makes her a valuable Subject Matter Expert for the benefit of CBA's clients.
Don has more than thirty years of experience in areas of project management, capital planning, portfolio management, business management, process engineering, software and hardware implementation, sales, marketing, education, and application integration in diverse industries including manufacturing, automotive, utility, information technology, construction and engineering. He has applied his strong project and business management knowledge in the building of a successful project management firm. Critical Business Analysis is a Corporate Primavera Authorized Reseller (PAR). Don is a certified instructor of Primavera P6, Primavera Project Planner, Expedition, and SureTrak. He performs as a hands-on Engagement Manager and Implementation Consultant for Program and Project Management Business Process Development, Primavera P6 software implementation and other Information Technology Systems.
Marc has twenty-five years experience in manufacturing management, production control, administration and project management. He holds the position of Director of Staffing and Implementation Consultant with Critical Business Analysis Inc. Marc is responsible for the continuing development and execution of Primavera training both internally and externally. He also performs needs analysis assessments for clients to determine the Primavera solution and implementation strategy best suited for their requirements.
Curtis has more than Twenty-four years of implementation, training and support experience for Oracle Primavera applications in diverse industries including electric utility, oil & gas, manufacturing, automotive, information technology, construction and engineering. He has applied a combination of creativity and analytical skills to assist in identifying and solving problems for various clients over the years.

Bob has more than thirty-six years of experience in project management, consulting, software development, organizational development and training, with specific expertise in the design, development and implementation of project management and information technology solutions. He has significant experience in implementing enterprise program management solutions, including developing and implementing business practices, software tools and training. Bob has implemented program management solutions for Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Visteon, AT&T, Science Applications International Corporation, Software Engineering Institute, TRW, Mead Data Central and Solvay Automotive. He has personally trained over 500 professionals in Project Management methodology and software. He is a Certified Primavera Solution Provider and certified P6 and P6 Web trainer.
