Oracle Primavera Cloud Scheduling Training Class 2 Day Course December 4 – 5 This course leads participants through the entire project life cycle, from planning to execution. Topics include creating a project, adding activities, creating a baseline all the way through progressing the schedule. Participants also gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling. All workshops and instruction stress the basic elements of project management and how OPC can assist schedulers in their job. At the end of each day, students apply the concepts and functionality they learned in a case study. This is a hands-on course where the students will access and use a live version of OPC allowing them to get the most out of the class. The course uses Oracle Primavera Cloud, Primavera’s web-based subscription application.
