| This course is a unique 1 day training/intro class for Oracle Primavera Cloud for all experienced P6 users who are interested in evaluating and test driving OPC. It is a high level, but interactive, hands-on class where you will be introduced to OPC capabilities and trained on how OPC works through the use of the software. Learn about the price advantages of switching to OPC, the benefits of a cloud-based solution, and the value of OPC features such as Lean Scheduling, Risk and more. All workshops and instruction stress the basic elements of project management and how OPC can assist schedulers in their job. At the end of the day, you’ll have first-hand knowledge of how transitioning from P6 to OPC can benefit your day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on course where the students will access and use a live version of OPC allowing them to get the most out of the class. The course uses Oracle Primavera Cloud, Primavera’s web-based subscription application. It is appropriate for those transitioning from P6 Professional, EPPM, or starting off with OPC. **Note: The project data used in the course is more Construction focused. |

Marc has twenty-five years experience in manufacturing management, production control, administration and project management. He holds the position of Director of Staffing and Implementation Consultant with Critical Business Analysis Inc. Marc is responsible for the continuing development and execution of Primavera training both internally and externally. He also performs needs analysis assessments for clients to determine the Primavera solution and implementation strategy best suited for their requirements.
